How Does this Work?

Shipping to American Federal

You will receive detailed shipping instructions from your broker. Once your metals have arrived in our office, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

 

Want to meet us in person?

We love meeting with our clients.  Our office is located in the quaint little town of Carefree AZ.  We are @ 500 Easy Street, Carefree AZ 85377 on the corner of Easy Street and Lucky Lane.  We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Appointments are recommended to ensure our conference rooms and brokers are available to meet with you! 

 

Payments to American Federal

We accept ACH's, bank wires, personal checks and CASH!  

 

Pricing

Once a purchase is locked in with your broker, orders cannot be cancelled.  The product is yours regardless if the price goes up or down before you receive your metals.

Once payment arrives and has cleared our banking system, your coins will be shipped to you via the U.S.P.S.   We ship our coins USPS, registered and insured, with signature required.  

 

Payment to you

Payments for items sold to AmFed are paid via check,  an ACH directly into your account, or even cash for in-person visits.   

 

Shipping to you

We ship USPS, registered and insured, signature required.  Once your items are ready to ship, you will receive an email or phone call from us notifying you that your items are ready to ship as well as provide you with all the tracking information.

 

Coin Portfolio Review (CPR)

What is a Coin Portfolio Review!?   Whether you have bullion, rare coins, semi-numismatic coins, or numismatic coins, we provide a free service of pricing out the worth of your coins.   Did you know that it is advantageous for you to have your coins valued at a minimum once a year!   The market fluctuates quite extensively throughout the years so knowing the value of your coins at any given time helps you know their value.   We believe passionately all collectors should know the value of their portfolio in today’s current market.  Most valuations take only a few minutes and can be handled over the phone.  Larger, more intricate collections may take a few days.

At AmFed, we are committed to offering the highest payout on scrap gold in America. As part of this guarantee, we will match any formal offer from a registered bullion dealer &/or print, radio, television or digitally advertised payout offer for scrap gold.

We have some rules, which are as follows:

  • Offer must be within 96 hours (before or after) of an offer from American Federal Coin and Bullion, Inc.
  • We will match (less $1) any higher payout offer, based on the total amount, including shipping, handling, insurance and any additional fees.
  • We do not match offers based on a competitor’s coupon or promo code.
  • Customer must provide the specific company name, proof of offer and any other information required by American Federal to confirm the payout offer.
  • Auctions, “going out of business” or “closeout” offers are excluded.
  • Misrepresentation by another company voids any match.
  • Items that require the customer to purchase another product or make future purchases are excluded. This must be a matched instant payout offer.
  • The payout comparison must include a date and time of the offer and adjustments will be made (higher or lower) for the fluctuating price of the gold metals market. The difference between gold price at the time of the offer and time of the guarantee request will be calculated accordingly.
  • The highest payout in America guarantee does not apply to items purchased utilizing American Federals consignment, payment or trade programs.
  • Offer is limited to scrap gold purchases in the State of Arizona.
